The weather outside is frightful. At least, it sounds frightful. I’ve been hating on the rain because I hate having to walk in it and end up soaking wet and cold while I’m sitting in class. And now that I have to lug my guitar every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, it would be nice of Mother Nature not to torture me.
When I made my schedule for my classes this semester, I thought I would have a lot of down time to do things I’ve always wanted to do but never got to … like my social life. It’s non-existent still, thanks to FTK. But I’m hoping I can change that soon. FSA is about to start up again and practices and stuff will begin. I’m excited. Just hope I can do it all.
I just read through 500+ blog posts on Google Reader. I’m sure you understand if you did not receive a comment or something. I enjoyed all the posts though and hate that it takes me forever to get to them.
I’ve made my breakfast, lunch, and dinner for tomorrow. Is it terrible that I wished it was already tomorrow at those times so that I could chow down? No? Good.
You should all listen to the “He Is We” station on Spotify. I am in love with it!
Hope hump day goes well for you all. I will be in school for a long, long time. Eeep!
I was just sitting here going through my Google Reader and commenting and what not while all of the sudden my Pandora plays some scary crap. Thanks for the heart palpitations, Pandora. I love the fact you put scary movies as an Ad. I can definitely sleep peacefully now.
Go listen to their “Country Love Song” station. It’s amazing!
Outdoorsy Man Wanted
I was looking at one of my friend’s albums on Facebook today. Creeper status right here. And wondered how fantabulous (is that a word?) it would be to find a guy friend that likes the outdoors. Given I sometimes dislike the heat, it would be nice to hike and do outdoorsy, athletic, fun stuff once in a while. So outdoorsy man, if you’re reading this, let’s be friends. We don’t have to date or anything.
The outdoors seem more of a manly thing in my head. But I guess if you’re a girl, you’ll suffice.
Who You’d Be Today by Kenny Chesney just came on … I guess it’s a love song …
Anyway, I should be going to bed. I finally get to see Ed in less than 10 hours! He got a job as a Chef and recently moved downtown. It would be great to see his new pad and catch up!
I have neglected my blog today. Those posts you saw? They were written from the past.
I haven’t caught up with my Google Reader since last night before the New Year rang.
I’ve been working on building a new spanking blog and have been helping with the building of a new website as well. It took me over five hours just to make a header and the end result is as simple as can be.
All for FTK. For The Kids Dance Marathon at UTSA – An organizational group of students coming together to help kids with pediatric cancer.
We’ll be launching all of that on January 4th. Keep a look out. My Website Captain, Andrew C., and I have been working really hard on it and it’ll be great to know some people are actually checking it out.
Today has been very laid back. Brunch with the family then working hardcore on the stuff above. Then had dinner with the family and more working on the stuff above.
I love days like these. Family and doing something I love. Now time to relax with some Netflix and catch up on Google Reader.
Hope your first day of the year was JUST as lovely!
