Change In My Future – More School?

Cloud Cafe-ing. I’ve made that a word. Currently sipping on an Iced Hibiscus Raspberry Tea. It has a peculiar taste that I’m not use to. I’ll try anything once even though I’m not a fan of raspberry. But it’s not bad. Just very strange for my palette that I’ll have to get use to.

I don’t like that there are MORE people coming in now. I mean yay they’re getting business but now they’re in my area. One girl even dared to sit in MY seat so now I’m in a seat where I can stare at her with disgust. The nerve of some people.

Pretty much how I feel about my seat. *sigh*

Went out with Tim, Sarah, and June for Kenson’s birthday celebration. He’s the youngest cousin I have in the States so it’s a little weird taking him out on his 21st birthday and getting drinks. Everyone is so grown up now. Next thing you know we’ll be celebrating one of my niece’s/nephew’s 21st!

One of the gorgeous views at work.

I’ve been contemplating on other things than just changing up my blog (which might take a while to happen now that I realize how much work I have to prepare for it). I might be going back to school. I cannot fully quit my job since well I’m poor. But I’m searching for some online classes/degrees/programs and whatnot. I’ve found one I’m super interested in but we’ll have to see how that goes.

Cost and how many times I have to go drive/fly somewhere to take tests will be the deciding factor for me. Hopefully whichever one I chose, I’ll be able to follow through. I love learning and things are easy for me if someone teaches me how to do it but taking tests are the death of me – super huge anxiety. *eeeeeeeek*

Me with my British boss. He wanted to take one with the Union Jack! Guess pictures aren’t that fun when faces are blocked out, eh? Oh well.

Time to research about school stuff. Happy weekend loves!

Like stated on my previous post, I went over to Michelle’s house Friday night. I was a little scared driving through the countryside.

Eyes on the road. Safety first! 😛

When I got to her place, Stephanie was already there. We went to the backyard.

Isn’t it beautiful?! They have a river out back and past the grass you go down a slope and there’s more land and the gazebo you see on the left. Pretty neat huh?

They have a really gorgeous house. Plus, their family is really sweet.

Yesterday, June, Timothy, and I went out to Sugar Land to celebrate our cousin, Kenson’s, birthday.

We went and watched Transformers: Dark of the Moon.

I wasn’t really a big fan of wanting to watch this movie because they took Megan Fox out and added that model girl, who I don’t really care to know the name of.  But I still wanted to see it nonetheless.

Though I don’t like the girl, I like her hair. Especially when they were standing in rubble and she was talking into the camera.

I knew I would like this movie but I was hoping my cousin wouldn’t pick it because it was two hours long. I even tried to make him not pick it by saying “I heard it sucks! Let’s watch something else.” In the end, I still wished we didn’t see it in the theater.

Shia LeBeouf is as sexy as ever. As is Josh Duhamel.

Oh, and I’m not ashamed to say I shed some tears in this movie.

Anyway, for dinner, we went to:

First off, I ordered the Toasted Raviolis “Español” [ravioli, mild jalapeño cheese, tomato & Pavia alfredo sauces, garlic bread] | $8.50 to share with the group.

I was told this was the best dish on the menu and everyone ordered it. Sadly, I was not a fan of the ravioli. It was crispy but on the inside, it was very dry. But the garlic bread was to die for. Crispy and moist enough.

For my main meal, Meatball Sandwich [house-made meatballs, mozzarella, tomato & Pavia alfredo sauces, onion baguette] | $8.50.

The meatballs were a little dry but I really liked the onion baguette. It was just the right crunch but also soft. The fries were mushy, just how I like it.

I would like to go here again and try other dishes. It wasn’t terrible, but it wasn’t 100% terrific. Maybe I just need to order something else that people love.

I can’t believe the weekend is already over! Sad, sad! Hope you guys had a good weekend!!
